Finishing &
Book Binding
Specialising in magazine and book binding, we have a modern, state of the art magazine binding section, as well as automated perfect binding facilities for any type of soft or hard cover books, such as school text books or annual reports.
We are also able to individually pack large quantities of magazines and books into plastic envelopes for mailing or distribution purposes, in our flow wrapping section.
Our state of the art numbering, perforating and scoring unit is able to number and perforate, all at once, allowing us to manufacture NCR, invoice and receipt books at quick turaround times.
Large Format
Digital Printing, Laminating
We are able to print wide format digital prints on various media up to 1.5m wide. We specialise in pull-out banners, posters and other exterior & interior banners. We also offer a full lamination service, from business card size to 1.2m wide.
Graphic Designing &
Pre-press
Our graphic design department will assist you in designing your brochures and advertising material to the highest standards.
We have extensive experience in magazine and brochure design and layout, as well as logo design for new companies.
Our pre-press department will see to it that any files you send us for printing are correct and ready to go to the printing press.
We can image your file to film or directly onto plate (CTP). We can also provide you with a "Colour True" proof, if requested.

This machine enables us to bind large quantities, up to 2500 per hour, of hard and softcover books, such as school text books, magazines and other related products.

We also identified a need for high quality, magazine packaging and offer an automated packing line, which is able to package from DL to A4 sized magazines and brochures, individually into plastic sleeves.
With this service we are able to package large quantities as well as offering a full mailing service of the product.
